Martina is a Teacher and Guide with the RMMS, a Jikiden Reiki Practitioner and an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant.

Martina is down to earth and practical; she has a very compassionate and gentle energy and is very sensitive to the energy of others. Martina grew up on a farm and worked on the land and with animals from a very young age. Her love of, and connection with the land never diminished throughout her years of training.

She qualified as midwife at the National Maternity Hospital, Holles st., Dublin in 1990 and undertook further studies to qualify as an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant in 1995. She gained vast experience in the area of Protecting, Promoting and Supporting Breastfeeding through working with mothers, babies and in the area of education of health professionals. To maintain her credential as an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant with the International Board of Lactation Consultant Examiners (IBLCE) she attends the required number of study hours every year and has recertified in 2000 and again in 2005. Martina also has the practical experience of having breastfed both of her sons.

Realizing that the pace of life and the changes in modern day living were separating individuals from their True Source, Martina trained as a Reiki Practitioner in 1999. Following her training with the RMMS and receiving her attunements in Jikiden Reiki Martina enjoys empowering people to uncover their true selves by reconnecting them with Source Energy and facilitating the realization that self healing is the path to inner peace thus creating the reunion of Body, Soul and Spirit.
